Domestic within Aus
All domestic orders are processed with Standard or Express shipping within 48 hours of being placed.
Standard Shipping is $8 for all orders under $250 AUD and applied at checkout. Express Shipping is $12 AUD for all orders under $250 AUD and applied at checkout.
Orders over $250 AUD will receive free Express Shipping.
Express Shipping delivers between 1-4 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service.
Standard Shipping delivers between 4-8 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service.
Once dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with your order updates and tracking number via Australia Post. Please check your junk folder.
International
All international orders are shipped and processed through DHL, within 48 hours of being placed.
International shipping is a flat rate of $40 AUD and applied at checkout.
Delivery is determined by DHL once shipment is created and your orders has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track your delivery.
Customs, Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout with shipping destination and order values.
All orders will be shipped on a DDp (Delivery Duty Paid) Basis.
Once Dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order update and tracking number (Waybill) via DHL Express.
aqua mode meets nostalgia head on, reviving the feelings of a young summer deep within us all. while many are inspired by escapism, we found the oasis in being still - of summer holidays spent along the australian coastline, licking ice-cream down your elbows in the copenhagen heat, the hot pavement of NYC, sprinkler system rainbows, bikini’s under everything, the aesthetic of always being somewhere between wet and dry. a project to escape minimalism in a time fraught by minimalism. bringing modernity and luxury to bold colour and a 90’s surf world aesthetic. hand-made in low quantities with recyclable packaging - all information cannot be found on the tag but rather online.

All our pieces are handmade using 100% hand-dyed cotton yarn. Due to this nature, please note that items are not all exactly the same, and you may find a small ‘knot’ or two on your bag, representing the end of a piece of yarn (crocheters out there - if you know you know!).
Whilst your piece will not need to be laundered frequently - it is important to know that it can be cleaned. Due to the natural fibres, the bag will slightly stretch if the contents is heavy - re-shrinking the item can happen in the drying process. Please note the following steps to cleaning your piece.
*please note: the heavier the contents, the more your crochet piece will drop. This also refers to dance floor visits (recommended, but please take care)
Option 1 - Dry-clean. Discuss with your local drycleaner the most effective way to treat your 100% cotton piece. Yarn will not leak colour.
Option 2 - Hand-wash. Fill a basin with cold water and add a natural wool-wash detergent. Gently swish crochet item in the soapy water - do not wring or scrub. Rinse in cold water and repeat this process until the item is free of soap. Gently squeeze remaining water and lay flat on a towel to dry, flipping half way through drying process.
Option 3 - Machine wash. Using a natural wool-wash detergent, machine-wash the item on a gentle cycle. Place into a laundry bag, and place in the dryer until just dry.”
