Duties and Tax
International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any delay in paying customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order.
Shipping Restrictions
If you choose to refuse a shipment from Aqua Mode, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from your credit note.
Any claim regarding a shortage of items must be reported to Aqua Mode Customer Services within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
