RETURNS POLICY
We hope you love your purchase but if not, we will accept the return of any full priced item subject to the below conditions
- Your original order number must be be provided as proof of purchase.
- Returns must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Items are returned in original condition – unworn, tags attached.
All items purchased at a reduced price are final sale and are not eligible for change of mind returns.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
Please note that returns may take up to five business days to process once the return has been received.
Australia
All returns will be provided with a prepaid label. See below for details
Refunds - a flat rate of $15 will be deducted from your total for a prepaid label that we will provide to you.
Store Credit/Exchanges- if you’d prefer to receive a store credit, we will provide a prepaid label at no cost to you. If you are wanting to exchange, we will process as a store credit and you can repurchase the item.
International
For international purchases, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items arrive safely.
Any duties and taxes paid will not be refunded.
Damaged or Faulty
We’re sorry if the item you’ve received hasn’t met quality expectations. In order to organise the return of this item, please email a description and clear image of the issue, along with your order number to info@aqua-mode.com
Please note that we have an 6 week faulty claims period. Claims made outside of this timeframe are considered general wear and tear and are not covered.
